9am - Definitely coffee time
Take a gentle 9-minute pedal (2.3 km) along the flat bike path beside the river, brining you out at Queen Street, follow this until you reach the foreshore and head to the Shelter window for a coffee, toastie and our favourite cinnamon bun. From here you can either take a ride - or stroll - down the foreshore in either direction for a little bit of exercise or lock your bikes up and explore the Busselton Jetty and underwater observatory. If the weather permits, mornings are the perfect time to take a dip in the ocean or jump off the jetty.
12pm - Lunch o’clock
Grab your bikes and head back down Queen Street - you can lock up your bikes on the grassy area outside Busselton Central. Walk around to Busselton Pavilion (make sure to bring your free drink voucher from reception) and enjoy a few drinks and some lunch - shout out to the chicken schnitty caesar salad and chicken parmi. Play a game of pool after lunch or just enjoy the vibe - great thing about bikes is no need for a designated driver.

2pm - Retail therapy
As you’re already parked up in Queen Street, why not take advantage of the many shops Busselton has to offer. Inside Busselton Central you’ll find classics like Cotton On, Sportsgirl and Platypus. But along the main street is where al the small independent shops are, a few of our favourites are Luna & Sol, Handmade Busselton, These Humble Eves, The Blue Box and Viva Books.
4:30pm - Another drink and snack for the ride
Just off of Queen Street is Prince Street - here you’ll find our favourite bar/tavern, Banksia Tavern. For snacks we love their foccacia and crab sticks, for drinks you have to try their Cafe Del Sol - tequila, coffee, amaretto, cointreau and orange bitters, so good!!
6pm - Head back to the resort
The sun is setting and you’ve had an action packed day - take the pretty route back next to the Vasse river straight to the resort. Drop your bikes off to the racks opposite the pool and drop your keys in the drop box and enjoy a relaxing evening at the resort - if its still warm take a quick dip before dark, or head over to the fire pit to chat with fellow travellers while roasting marshmallows about your day.
