Terms & Conditions related to a booking with The Timothée Resort

Booking Deposit and Cancellation*:

Cancellations are free up to seven days prior to your stay.

  • Off Peak Season**: A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is charged seven days prior to your stay. If your stay is within seven days, the deposit will be charged upon booking.

  • Peak Season**: A deposit equal to 100% of the total accommodation is charged seven days prior to your stay. If your stay is within seven days, the deposit will be charged upon booking.

*If booking through a 3rd party booking platform, please note that different deposit and cancellation conditions may apply - as listed on the relevant website. Different conditions also apply to group bookings of four or more rooms (please contact us for details).

**Off Peak Season is all year except Easter long weekend and summer school holidays. Peak Season is Easter long weekend and summer school holidays.

Booking policy:

  • Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide valid ID.

  • We are a smoke free venue & smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. This includes no smoking on your room balconies or alfresco area.

  • Check-out time is 10.00 am. Departure after that time may incur additional room charge.

Payment & Charges: A valid credit card MUST be provided on booking and presented on check-in to the resort. You agree that charges may be added to your account for settlement after your departure, and may be charged to the same credit card used to pay your account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee your booking.

Charges may be in relation, but no limited to the following:

  • breakages/damages

  • excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the room being left in an unacceptable state

  • smoking in the room or on your balcony/alfresco area

Late checkout without prior management approval will be charged at $50per hour.

You must return your room key at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge of $25 for replacement of the key if you lose or fail to return it.

We ask guests to respect quiet hours from 9pm - 7am. If management is called afterhours for a noise disturbance we reserve the right to charge up to $200 if security needs to be called to your room.

Leavers: Please note that we do not accept bookings from school leavers during the annual “Schoolies/Leavers Week” period. We do not have adequate resources to engage the qualified security personnel required to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school leavers for this period, with cancellation fees applied.
