Should I book with you directly or a 3rd party website?
We’re so glad you asked. We’d love it if you dealt with us directly, not only does it allow us to help you select the best room, get all the relevant information and ensure a great stay, we will always offer the best rate and we have the same flexible cancellation policies as the big guys! Keep it local :)
What time is check in and check out?
Our check in time is 2pm, and our check out time is 10am. If you need to check in early or check out late, get in touch with reception and they will try their best to make it work.
What if I’m due to arrive after reception closes at 5pm?
No worries, just let us know and we can send you our late check-in info. If there is a chance you will be arriving late, please ensure we have the correct contact information for us to contact you with our after-hours check-in info. We will send you a text message (or message via the site you booked) at 5pm on the day of check-in with your room number, room location and door access code.
What is there to do onsite?
Set on a tranquil 2.5 acres at the edge of Busselton’s iconic township, The Timothée Resort backs on to the peaceful Vasse River. Enjoying your stay here means remembering why you holiday; think drinks by the pool, drifting away with a good book on the balcony, picnics on the lawn, & impromptu doubles matches at the tennis court. As the sun goes down, enjoy an afternoon game of Bocce at our newly built courts or try your aim at a game of corn hole. Finish off the day with a drink by the outdoor fire pit and a meal at our on-site restaurant The Curry Port, or a BBQ at our cottage kitchen. If games are your thing, we have lots of classic board games available in reception for you to take back to your room or to play poolside.
Do you have cooking facilities?
We do! The Cottage Kitchen & outdoor BBQ are located down by the river near the fire pit. The cottage contains a some extra tea and coffee, kitchen sink, spare crockery, cutlery, a microwave, toaster & kettle.
What kitchen facilities do the rooms have?: Only our Deluxe Apartment and Deluxe King Studio rooms contain a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, sink cutlery, crockery and glassware (Please note - the kitchenette does not include a cooktop or oven.) All other room types are hotel-style, providing tea/coffee-making facilities & a bar fridge. The cottage kitchen is available for all guests.
How do I get to The TImothee and around?:
Flying : The Busselton Margaret River Airport is just a 5 minute drive away, making us the perfect base to explore the famous Margaret River region. If you are flying in to Perth, we are a 2.5 hour drive south straight down the coast.
Driving : Guests will be allocated their own private parking bay at the resort. Our address is 70 Causeway Road, Busselton WA 6280. We are affectionately known as ‘that place on the left as you enter Busselton’
Taxis & Rideshares : A handful of Uber drivers operate in the Busselton area. Busselton Taxis is the main operator in the area. We recommend booking if you are using their services. Ph: 13 10 08 or 9752 2730.
E-scooters: We have a dedicated parking spot near reception for the local Neuron E-scooters that can be seen around town. Simply download the Neuron app, scan the scooter, follow the prompts and away you go.
Bikes: We have free vintage style bikes with baskets available for guest use. It is a short and flat 5 minute ride into town centre and just 7 minutes to Busselton Jetty, beach and foreshore. Head to reception if you would like to use the bikes.
We have an Electric Vehicle, can we charge it at the resort?
We love EV’s! So green. So quiet. We have 2 Electric Vehicle charging stations are on site for guest use. (Type 2 socket – own cable required)
Do you have extra parking?
We do! We have plenty of parking for our guests as well as free allocated parking for every room. We even have space for trucks, vans, busses, boats, caravans etc.

Do you have a portacot?
Yes we do! Please contact us to ensure we have one available for your stay. Portacots are subject to availability.
