Recently, we took on the very hard job of sampling what the Margaret River region is best known for - wine. We were looking for something that 1. tasted delicious, 2. looked cool, and 3. felt as though it matched our vibe. And so, we found LS Merchants.

Founded and made by Dylan, LS Merchant’s wines are made to bring people together and to be enjoyed with friends. The wine honours the land and exploration and honestly just feels fun. Located in Cowaramup (otherwise known as Cow Town) LS Merchant’s cellar door is open 10:30 - 4:30 everyday.

Our new wine packages on offer…

• The Chardy Package
  Think yellow stone fruit, grapefruit pith, fresh pineapple and jasmine. This 2025 Butter Barrels Chardonnay by local winemakers LS Merchants is the perfect blend of old and new (a bit like us).

• The Hoi Polloi Package
  The 2023 Hoi Polloi Red (A Greek expression that means the people) is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and a touch of Shiraz. Crafted by local winemakers LS Merchants this is an everyday wine for everyone. With notes of blackcurrant, blueberries, red ripe plums followed by chocolate and spice.

Paired with a little local snack, the wines will be ready and waiting for you in your room - enjoy the red fireside, or add a sprinkle of summer to your balcony with the chardonnay!
